Again, being an Elite, Chloe’s fighting prowess is legendary. Because of her precognition, her reflexes are sharp, being able to sense most attacks before they happen. Despite being only five-two, she is incredibly strong, and maneuvers easily in combat. Her fighting style is very similar to her sisters. Being an Elite, Chloe is a master unarmed combatant, if not as well versed as Bree, though is also skilled in melee fighting and sharpshooting. This does however, still give her an advantage over her opponent.Ĭhloe is very intelligent, spending much of her spare time reading. Chloe can sense the near future but is sometimes blindsided. This ability isn’t something she can completely control, and often confuses her identity when this happens.Ĭhloe also possesses precognition but on a less powerful scale than Bree. Her most recent manifestation, though the limitations of this power is unknown, allows her to complete inherit the memories of someone she has had a strong telepathic link with. She also has memory recollection as well as postcognition, which allows her to access all of her memories, as well as other people’s.

She can also use her powers to heal or kill, either reversing time or aging someone to the point of death.Ĭhloe also possesses psychic abilities such as psychodominacy, which is the most powerful form of telepathy. This gives her the ability to manipulate both objects and beings, as well as travel through time and the multiverse. Like her sisters, she has immense control over time, being able to speed up, slow down, and even reverse time through the usage of globes. Like Bree and Jesse, Chloe is still developing her powers and her abilities morph. That being said, she is incredibly powerful, being on same level as her sisters.

Though Chloe is more of a pacifist, she is incredibly deadly in combat, and calm in stressful situations.Ĭhloe has similar powers to her sisters, and like them, is yet to unlock the full extent of her powers. Chloe, like Bree, is very ignorant in relationships, thus the awkward encounters with her then love interest, April Hikari. She also has a healthy rebellious streak and is a curious person by nature, which can sometimes land her in trouble. She is also a bookworm, and is very knowledgeable as a result. She is very resourceful and clever like her sister, Bree, outsmarting and defeating enemies with her mind, rather than her strength. Despite being very capable in combat, she prefers to solve conflicts peacefully.
Chloe is fiercely loyal to Bree and those she loves. She is very playful with those closest to her, but avoids crowds if she can help it. An arm unit is sometimes worn on her left.Ĭhloe is rather shy when it comes to strangers and is a little awkward in social situations. Though Chloe rarely ever uses it, she wears a nanite cuff over her right wrist like her sisters. For combat purposes, she normally wears the black, one piece uniform of the Elites, with fitted combat boots over her feet. In her casual outfit, Chloe wears a white blouse and jeans. Like her sisters, she is rather short and petite, being only five-two. Sometime after the anomaly mission, Chloe married April Hikari, and each of them gave birth to their daughters, Chloe to Summer, and April to May.Ĭhloe is a fair-skinned young woman with ice-blue eyes and long, wavy golden-blonde hair. She eventually followed her sister into the Multiverse and became a member of the Elites. Chloe is the daughter of Cassitie Katara and Ania Katara.
